Commission Terms of Service

Payments only accepted through PayPal.

All prices listed are in USD.

Prices will vary based on time needed to make it.

A 50% downpayment (half the total amount) or the full payment must be made before work on the commission beyond the initial rough sketch begins.

An email will be sent upon completion with the full-resolution image and a smaller web-friendly version after the full payment has been made.

Progress updates will be given and sketch approvals and revisions throughout the process can be made.

Deadlines cannot be guaranteed unless agreed upon before production begins.

I have the right to reject any commission for any reason before production begins.

NSFW or fetish art.

Heavy gore or violent art.

Art that is hateful in any way.

Political art.

Art for any kind of NFT related work.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund commissions at any time for any reason.

If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel the commission before work beyond the initial sketch has begun, you will get a full refund.

You will not receive a refund if you cancel after production of the commissioned artwork has begun.

May post and share the commissioned artwork online.

Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any terms or agreements.

Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the artwork.

May upload and share the artwork to any site or social media.

May NOT profit directly from the commissioned artwork (redistributing, reselling, NFT minting, making products, etc) UNLESS an agreement has been made prior to the production of the commissioned artwork.

May NOT claim the artwork as your own.
